Weaving: - we have thirty two wider shuttles less European Machines having capacity of one million meters per Year.
These machines are specialized in manufacturing fabrics for Institution Textiles we can Make All kind of Linens & Uniforms Fabrics as per client Demand.
Sewing: - we have 450 sewing machines specialized for making institutional Textiles.
Managed uniform programs:-
For many larger accounts with multiple locations, difficulties surrounding purchasing & distributing products to employees can be time consuming & costly. We can take the hassle out of administering your program. We can drop ship to multiple locations, process orders from a centralized contact, by individual, department or location.
Logo embroidery & customizing services: - we have a two computerized Embroidery Machine 20 Head in our unit for making Different new Design and logo as per our client Demand and also we have a rich experience Staff for Designing Department. We offer a very extensive variety of options for customizing your garments including logo embroidery, custom trims, stripes and much more.
Custom designed uniforms & manufacturing:- While our in-stock product line is very extensive, certain clients require a completely custom design, If this is what you have in mind, we have the ability to handle your needs from the design phase through manufacturing & distribution.
Management reporting:-
We offer customizable reporting that provides order and cost detail at virtually any level. For example, some customers require monthly reports showing order history sorted 'by employee' or 'by facility'. We retain all order information in our system and can meet virtually any reporting request.
Sort & ship / Drop ship:-
Sort orders by employee to make distribution a snap. For multiple locations, we will split orders and ship to your specifications at no additional cost. We can even bag each employees clothing and label them making distributing quick and easy.
Laboratory: - we have a Lab Department with new advance technology Machine. In this laboratory we can check blend Ratio, Fabric Read Pick, Yarn count, Fabric weight (Gram per Square Meter), Fabric Color Fastness, Pilling Test, Fabric Shrinkage Test, and many More.
